3. Artificial Intelligence Processing
When you use AI-powered features, Arachnibull may transmit the content needed to fulfill your request to third-party AI model providers. Depending on the feature, this may include your prompt, attachments, selected Profit Tree or node context, formulas, configuration data, prior messages needed for context, and technical request metadata.
Third-party AI providers process this information to generate responses and perform requested AI operations. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable terms, privacy practices, and our agreements with them.
Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, payment-card numbers, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential information that is not necessary for the feature you are using.

6. Payment and Arachnibull Credit Records
Arachnibull may maintain records of Credit balances, weekly or promotional usage, Credits purchased or consumed, payment amounts, model usage, token counts, provider costs, transaction identifiers, and Stripe session identifiers.
Arachnibull Credits are application usage units. Credit balances are maintained separately from the actual dollar amounts paid through Stripe and from the underlying costs charged by AI providers.
We retain transaction and ledger information as reasonably necessary for account operation, fraud prevention, customer support, dispute resolution, tax and accounting obligations, and legal compliance.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the security of the Service.
Retention periods may differ by data type. For example, payment and Credit ledger records may be retained longer than temporary technical or diagnostic information where needed for accounting, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and eligible associated data by contacting [email protected]. Certain records may be retained where required or permitted by law or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution.

This includes measures such as encrypted transmission over HTTPS, protected authentication credentials, access controls, and restrictions on access to production systems.
However, no system is entirely secure, and use of internet-based services carries inherent risks.
