1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arachnibull’s website, tools, analytics, or subscription services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use or access the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Arachnibull LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

Arachnibull provides:

• Educational materials related to financial markets, options trading, and leveraged ETFs.
• Analytical tools to model potential option values based on predicted prices.
• Access to trade examples and strategies performed by Arachnibull’s team.

We do not:

• Provide personalized investment advice.
• Execute or manage trades on behalf of users.
• Guarantee accuracy, future performance, or profit.

4. Subscription, Payments, and Renewal

4.1 Subscription Terms

Arachnibull currently offers a monthly subscription.

The subscription auto-renews each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Refunds are not automatic and are considered case-by-case via a support request.

4.2 Pricing Changes

Arachnibull reserves the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. However, we aim to grandfather early subscribers at their original rate when feasible. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. No Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or where Arachnibull grants a refund at its sole discretion after a written support request. Partial months or unused periods are not eligible for refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, text, images, videos, and analytics on the Service are the property of Arachnibull LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share content from Arachnibull.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Arachnibull.
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative purposes.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the system.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

8. Financial Disclaimer

All information provided by Arachnibull is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Trading leveraged ETFs and options involves significant risk, including the loss of all invested capital. Arachnibull’s content represents opinions, not guarantees.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Arachnibull LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates assume no liability for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arachnibull LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity; or
• Any claims exceeding the amount you paid to Arachnibull in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arachnibull LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

11.1 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Hennepin County, Minnesota, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

11.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Arachnibull LLC.

Upon termination, sections 6–12 will remain in effect.

15. Modifications to Terms

Arachnibull may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the new effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
